“It was absolutely 💯 wonderful!!! Clean, cool, quiet, service was fabulous! Secluded and surrounded by gorgeous pines, even though on the boulevard it was set back enough soyou didn't hear any traffic noise!! Though furnishings were dated they were in perfect condition but quite charming!♥️. I needed help with my tv and Tom whom I believe was like the superintendent was more than happy to help immediately! He got it going no problem!!! Highly recommend this as a great place to stay! “In my opinion, only the breakfast needs improvement. For the rest I would say that our family room was very spacious and clean. For the location I would say excellent, facing the Niagara River, you can reach the Falls by car in 10 minutes.”

“The cleanliness is excellent, as the breakfast. Very poor the sofa beds, uncomfortable when used as beds. We tried two of them in two different rooms to find out that was not a problem of a single sofa bed, but the result of a poor choice: all the rooms had the same uncomfortable sofa beds. Very good check in by Angelo. The position is very good, near the Maid of the Mist and the American Falls”

“The room was quaint and comfortable. The amenities were exactly what I needed; coffee maker, fridge, a small table and chair, plus a desk. The staff was friendly and let me know that my room was ready early, which was great since i flew in on a red eye in the morning. There were plenty of towels, good shower temp and water pressure, and comfy bed with an extra blanket. Also, the heat was working well, which was essential for January. The only complaint I have is that the bed frame was bigger...

“Lots of rooms with lots of beds. Fit the whole family very comfortably. Walmart was a few minutes drive and bought stuff for bfast. Walking distance to Niagara Falls and Canada (~10 minutes easy pace walk with the whole family). Overall, the property was comfortable, great price, SAFE, great location. Got my passkey in a timely manner. ”

“Room was clean and staff was very friendly … I liked the restaurant attached, the stay includes free breakfast each morning in the restaurant ..not you typical hotel breakfast buffet..very good …a little store or vending machines for drinks and snacks would be a nice addition and added benefit for guests . Overall we had a good experience and would recommend this hotel to friends and family going to visit Niagara ..”
